We strive to achieve a successful project and relationship through effective communication and we always work to address any and all concerns that a customer may have.

Step 1

CONTACT

Let’s find what goals you have for your home and let’s see what the steps and budgeting may be for your project. Visits may be needed to have the most accurate estimation of budget and pricing for the project.

step 2

PROJECT

Once an agreement has been met on project steps and budgeting, a contract will be created, and a potential start date will be created. A deposit will then be needed to hold a spot in the schedule. Continued payments will be collected based on time frame and progress of the project. This keeps the customer and the contractor in balance with the work and the payments.

step 3

BUILD

A typical project includes some form of demolition. We exercise dust control measures during the whole process to minimize any inconvenience. The rebuild will then continue as scheduled. Upon completion of the project, there will be a final inspection, whether through the city or just with the customer. At the end of this project, your house shall feel a little more like home.
